My name is Dr. Robert M. Dolman and I am a Board Certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and implant specialist. I am passionate about my work, and I enjoy treating and caring for my patients.

I am committed to providing you with the highest level of care before, during and after your surgical treatment. I pride myself on carefully listening to your concerns and providing you with the specific treatment that you require and desire.

I believe in an evidenced-based surgical approach, employing techniques and materials that have been thoroughly studied and tested. In turn, I utilize the highest quality materials, combining them with a broad-based experience and state of the art technology.

I treat one patient at a time and on time. You will receive courteous and timely service in an unhurried and relaxed atmosphere. Your surgery is a responsibility that I take very seriously. Your care and comfort are my genuine priority.

Dr. Joel Ayon

Oral Surgeon Dr Robert M DolmanDr. Joel Ayon is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and implant specialist. He obtained his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania as a Dean Scholar and graduated with Honors in oral medicine and community health. He completed his specialty training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Montefiore Medical Center. He offers a broad range of surgical services with advanced training in implants, bone grafting, anesthesia, maxillofacial trauma, orthognathic surgery, and oral pathology. He brings with him a compassionate and disciplined approach, and we are excited to have him join our team. Joel lives in Long Island City with his fiancée and in his spare time he can be found catching a Broadway show or enjoying a walk through Central Park
